Learning Assistant 1:1

This post is to support a pupil with profound additional academic and social, communication needs, we are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistants to work with one of the younger pupils in our Academy.

Fixed term until July 2023
- Have experience of working with primary aged children
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Have the skills to challenge and motivate our pupils
- Be keen to learn with a positive outlook
- Be able to nurture positive and caring relationships
- Have high expectations of themselves and our pupils, always striving for the best
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs and challenging behaviour would be advantageous.

**About us**:
The Mablethorpe Primary Academy is situated on the edge of the seaside town of Mablethorpe. We have a purpose built Foundation Stage unit, a fully equipped hall, two ICT Suites and spacious grounds. The Academy has approximately 400 children on roll, including the Nursery.
