Here at **Parker Steel **we have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated **Telesales Person** to join our busy and expanding Steel Profiling Division at our **Bristol Office.**

You will be working on a **full time, permanent basis, 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum** **dependent on skills and experience + Achievable Commission OTE £50,000**

**The Role**

You will have a natural interest in sales and the drive to build on your experience. You will be given a sales ledger and the autonomy and responsibility to develop this by building rapport with customers and developing sales relationships utilising the full range of products and services with both existing and prospective customers. You will need a good telephone manner, good organisation skills and have a result driven attitude.

You will be working as a proactive team member in developing profitable sales across the business and will have a strong, established team around you to learn and grow from. There will be regular Training and Development sessions to help achieve training objectives and build a successful career.

**The responsibilities as our Telesales role include**:

- Representing the company image with customers and developing new account business
- Maintaining a high level of response to incoming calls by reacting quickly, efficiently and courteously with all enquiries, orders, complaints and queries.
- Proactively developing business with new and existing customers via CRM
- Qualifying all leads and record findings on customer files and following up enquiries and record results
- Achieving an individual level of performance consistent with the objectives of the Sales Office
- Reporting customer and competitor information to your Regional Supervisor that might be useful in achieving the overall objectives of the company including large enquiries for competitive pricing
