**POSITION OVERVIEW**

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FULFILMENT ADMINISTRATOR TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SUPPORT.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR TO ADMINISTER AND CO-ORDINATE THE PICK, PACK AND SYSTEMATIC DISPATCH OF STOCK FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

YOU SHOULD BE ADAPTABLE, PROACTIVE, SUPPORTIVE AND DETAIL ORIENTATED

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**(NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of duties but represents the main requirements of the role)**
- PREPARING AND CREATING PAPERWORK TO ASSIST WITH THE PICK & PACK PROCESS
- CO-ORDINATING TIMELY SYSTEMATIC DISPATCH OF STOCK AND OUTBOUND DELIVERIES
- TRACK BACKORDERS AND ACTION ACCORDINGLY
- HIGHLIGHT AND ASSIST WITH CORRECTION OF INACCURATE STOCK COUNTS
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE**

EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE ADMINSTRATION ROLE OR SIMILAR ROLE IS REQUIRED

MUST HAVE COMPETENT COMPUTER SKILL, EXCEL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
