Lettings Assistant

**Ellowes Hall School are recruiting for a Lettings Assistant for approximately 20 hrs per week on a casual contract.**

**Grade 4, £11.18 per hour**

**To start 28th February 2023
Invictus Education are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

Our lettings operate within the following hours:
Mondays - 4.30pm until 9.30pm

Tuesdays - 4.30pm until 9.30pm

Wednesday - 4.30pm until 9.30pm

Thursday - 5.30pm until 9.30pm

Friday - 4.30pm until 9.30pm

Saturdays - 8am - 2.00pm

Sundays - 8.00am - 2.00pm

Flexibility to cover other Lettings staff during absence and holidays will be required. Flexibility may also be required to work during the school day on occasions.

Experience and Skills
- An understanding of sports, leisure/recreation and the associated user groups.
- To have a polite, friendly, professional, respectful and flexible approach to work and to be customer focused
- Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Be flexible regarding working hours and demonstrate punctuality, excellent attendance and reliability.
- Be enthusiastic in the promotion of standards of Health & Safety and cleanliness within and the grounds of the letting facilities and school site.

You will need to be;
- To be reliable, punctual and have excellent attendance
- Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to working patterns and job task
- Observe safe working practices in carrying out the required duties.
- Team player, personable, emotionally intelligent with a sense of humour

**Experience**:
Previous experience of working in a school or education setting would be desirable but not essential.
