**Receptionist - South West Norse**
- **Location**:County Hall, Exeter, EX2 4QD
- **Salary**:£22,672.00 pro rata, equating to £10.90 per hour
- **Hours per week**:10
- **Shift pattern**:Monday and Tuesday, 07:00am-12:00pm
South West Norse represents the highly successful joint venture partnership between Norse Group and Devon County Council, providing a range of facilities management and contract services across the South West region. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team at County Hall in Exeter on a permanent, part-time basis.
**The Role**:
As Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving queries at first point of call wherever possible. Your duties will also consist of:
- Supporting our Facilities Management team with general administrative and clerical tasks such as updating and maintaining information systems, including the helpdesk works orders.
- Assisting with the financial procedures by raising orders, processing invoices, analysing and maintaining information.
- Coordinating arrangements for meeting room bookings and taking responsibility for the smooth operation of the process
- Managing of security and smartcard systems, including issuing and maintenance of smart cards.
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and focused individual to ensure our professional services are delivered alongside:
- Previous customer service experience
- Self-motivated, able to work under own initiative.
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent IT skills including ability to troubleshoot in respect of IT equipment
- Able to work flexibly to meet the demands of the job/operational requirements.
