Junior Buyer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our team. As a Junior Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement of goods and services to support our supply chain operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, and purchasing goods and services for the business
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient supply chain processes
- Utilize various systems to track orders, manage inventory, and generate reports

**Requirements**:

- Min GCSE level in Maths and English
- Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
