We are looking for a receptionist to join a distinguished team of hospitality enthusiasts. The hotel has recently reopened following a full hotel refurbishment. Our goal is to create the greatest golf hotel experience in the world.

**The Role**
- Create outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to Multi task, Check in & Check out Guests
- Ability to answer all general inquiries on the hotel and other related requests, entertainment, services, and tours in the surrounding areas
- Be able to perform a variety of guest requests and think creatively when called upon to establish a memorable experience for every guest and member.
- Answer all internal and external calls with the utmost speed and professionalism
- Maintain good relationships with all key contacts both inside and outside of the hotel.
- Actively participate in training and continuing professional development.
