Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Generator in the merchant services sector to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our business development managers. **Responsibilities**:

- Utilise software and tools to identify potential leads and prospects.
- Communicate with potential customers via cold calling to generate interest in our products or services.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in CRM.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
