### Job Description:
As a Team Leader at Coyote Ugly, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining the high standards that Coyote Ugly is known for.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, waitstaff, and other employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to safety and health regulations.
- **Training and Development**: Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and support to existing employees.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing events and promotions to drive business and engage customers.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor and manage budgets, track sales, and ensure financial targets are met.

### Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- **Customer Focused**: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or challenges efficiently.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
