Night Family Assessment Worker

The Orchards is an OFSTED registered Residential Family Centre located in the Hanwell and Hounslow. We have been operating since 2015. We have a proven track record in providing fair, balanced, and evidenced based residential parenting assessments in PublicLaw Proceedings. Our areas of expertise include assessment of parents with learning disabilities. Alongside the assessment, we offer support programmes for domestic violence, substance misuse, parenting, and management and preparation for independent living.We have a GOOD OFSTED rating.

As a night shift assessment worker, you will be required to do the waking night shifts, night observations, supporting/supervising parents in meeting the needs of their baby during the night. You will be writing the night observation logs.

You must be suitably qualified with an appropriate Level 3 or higher qualification in Health and Social Care and/or equivalent qualification. Experience in a social care setting is an added advantage. You must be able to work within the statutory and legislativeframework for Residential Family Centres as per the OFSTED Regulations and National Minimum Standards for Residential Family Centres. The shift patterns are 20.00-08.00 or 23.00-08.00
