The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time SENCO working 2 days a week to join a brilliant school in Hoxton for an immediate start. As a reputable education recruitment agency, we are committed to finding the best talent to support the needs of schools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and guidance to teachers and staff on SEN best practices
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with parents, outside agencies, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Monitor and track the progress of SEN students, making necessary adjustments to interventions
- Keep up-to-date on current SEN legislation and best practices in the field

**Requirements**:

- Qualified SENCO with relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies
- Knowledge of relevant SEN legislation and best practices
- Enhanced DBS check and 2 references
