Paraplanner - Ingatestone

We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Ingatestone that are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team, focusing on providing a high quality financial planning and investment management service. Due to expansion, they arelooking for a Paraplanner to support the business. You will be working in a strong team-focused environment where you can develop your career within a prestigious firm.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification
- Keen to progress towards Chartered status
- Analytical and intuitive nature
- Works well in a team
- Has a desire to achieve great client outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised, self-motivated and disciplined
- Familiar with cashflow planning. Working with Truth software would be preferred but not a prerequisite.

**Duties**

Duties to include:

- Working alongside the team of planners to deliver a highly personalised holistic financial planning service
- Analysing client data, creating cashflow models, and writing up Lifestyle Financial Plans
- Research and analysis
- Report writing
- Attend client meetings and communicate with clients directly
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met
- Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and processes within the team.
