**Payroll Administrator - Newtownabbey - £24K**

Clemence Rogers has a fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator for an established large group of companies based in Newtownabbey. You will be joining a small, dynamic payroll team providing centralised payroll services for a group of subsidiarycompanies based throughout Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and the Republic of Ireland.

The role involves responsibility for processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, profitable large group of companies (NI Top 10).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and validating payroll returns from group companies;
- Governing group compliance with payroll procedures;
- Processing payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Providing internal payroll reporting;
- Uploading pension contributions;
- Month end procedures.

**Essential criteria**:

- Payroll experience processing gross to net;
- Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Good organisational skills;
- Ability to work on own initiative;
- Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Desirable criteria**
- 2 years or more experience processing payroll;
- Experience of Sage payroll;
- Experience of working in a multi-company environment;
- Working knowledge of SAP payroll;
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Organised;
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Clear and concise communicator;
- Maintain the highest levels of privacy and confidentiality.
- Can foster strong working relationships with different business units.
