Job Title: Baker (Night Shift)

Location: Westminster, London

**Salary**: £36,500 per annum

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts to high standards, adhering to recipes and hotel guidelines.
- Create new and innovative baked goods, while ensuring consistency and quality in all products.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, ensuring its cleanliness and functionality.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies, ordering and replenishing as required.
- Collaborate with the pastry team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of baked goods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the baking area.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of artisanal bread-making techniques and pastry production.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Creativity in developing new recipes and ideas.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards during night shifts.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
