Alton Hearing Care is an independent hearing care provider based in Alton. Our mission is to provide the best possible care to our customers through the hearing care services we offer. We have an excellent reputation.
As a family-run business, we are seeking a part time Receptionist to work Monday to Wednesday.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Booking client appointments and managing the diary
- Providing advice on, and selling hearing related products
- Opening and closing the store when required, sometimes working alone
- Ensuring premises are clean, tidy and present a positive image
- Working additional hours (overtime paid) to provide holiday cover
- Supporting the Audiologist in providing best possible customer experience, this includes helping customers
