Development Advisory Senior/associate Surveyor

We are working with a market leading Real Estate Advisory business who are looking to hire at Senior/Associate Surveyor level within their Development Advisory team, based in Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward thinking business that work on some of the markets most prestigious commercial, residential, mixed use development and town centre regeneration schemes.

Development Advisory responsibilities:

- Undertaking development and financial appraisals across public and private sector development opportunities.
- Constructing and interpreting complex development appraisals, cash flows and financial models.
- Analysing and valuing existing assets and determining their re-purposing potential.
- Provide continual strategic advice.
- Advise local authorities, developers, private landowners and investors on viability issues.

Development Advisory requirements:

- Member of RICS.
- Experience working in a Residential Valuation or Development role.
- Experience in producing residual appraisals and cash flows.
- Ability to use Argus and Excel.
- Ability to maintain and build strong business relationships.
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.
- The Associate level role will need managerial experience.

- Salary for Senior Surveyor level is from £45,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance, benefits and discretionary bonus._
- Salary for Associate level is from £55,000 - £75,000 plus car allowance, benefits and discretionary bonus. _

Office based in Central London (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).
