**RSR Recruitment** are working in partnership with a luxury care home brand that are recruiting for **experienced Home Admissions Advisors**.

A Homes Admissions Advisor manages the sales & marketing function in the luxury homes. This is a sales role selling to a very specific customer that requires the very best customer service.

This is offering a basic salary of £40/45k dependant on experience with an OTE of £52/57k.

What you will be doing:

- Ensuring that sales targets are met, according to company standards.
- Generating reports that will update the sales & marketing function on an ongoing basis, daily, weekly or an ad-hoc basis.
- Following up on sales leads & collate responses.
- Assist with sales & marketing events.
- Develop internal & external relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities & follow these through to completion.
- Cover the sales & marketing suite over a seven day rota, including weekend working & some evening hours where required.

- An experienced sales professional that has sold luxury homes in a care setting - Essential.
- Trustworthy & honest.
- Strong communicator.
- Positive, professional & empathetic.
- Ability to work under pressure as part of a team.
- Exceptional time management.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word & Excel.
