**Senior Care Leader - Care Home**
**Alfreton, Derbyshire**
**£11.70 per hour**

Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant for this highly reputable compliant Nursing home in Alfreton for the post of Senior Care Leader.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week at £11.70 per hour

We are seeking experienced carers with at least 2-3 years experience within a care or nursing home with minimum NVQ L3 and leadership experience

**Typical Duties will include**:

- Providing highest quality of care at all times
- Assist residents with their personal care
- Assist residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing
- Taking direction and guidance from Nursing and managerial team
- Working with a team to maintain and improve on the success of the home
- As Senior - delegating to junior carers, leading by example, being a mentor and motivator

You will need to be confident and enthusiastic, providing motivation and energy into a caring environment.
