My estate agency client is looking to employ a motivated, hands-on, experienced and enthusiastic**Assistant Lettings Manager** to work in their successful Lettings Department.

**You will have a proven track record of working within Lettings at Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager level with a good knowledge of front end lettings.**

**Key duties include**:

- Carrying out property appraisals and viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Negotiating renewal of tenancies
- Ensuring legislation and compliance are followed
- Assisting Lettings Manager in driving the business forward
- Overseeing our team of negotiators in their day-to-day activities

**Person Specification**:

- Proven track record in property appraisals
- Thoroughly professional approach
- Enjoys dealing with people
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Can deliver the highest level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence and use of car (mileage paid)
- Local area knowledge - Tunbridge Wells & Surrounding villages
