Senior Marketing Executive

**Location**: Brighton (remote)
As the Senior Marketing Executive - B2B specialising in the global university sector, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our organisation within the higher education industry. You will play a key role in driving global business growth by targeting universities and establishing Study Group as the preferred partner for our suite of services and solutions.
You will be ambitious and will be hungry to develop and grow as a key member of the Study Group team and will be excited to get involved, to get things done as we continue to build our B2B marketing capabilities.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Create and execute comprehensive global marketing plans that align with Study Group's goals and objectives for the university sector. Based on identified target universities, you will understand their needs, and devise strategies to effectively engage them.
- Identify and implement lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential university clients. Collaborate with the Partner Acquisition and Development team to nurture leads and convert them into long-term partnerships, contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deliver regionally segmented marketing plans that bring together joined-up multi-channel campaigns encompassing content marketing, digital marketing, event marketing and more.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our solutions from competitors and resonates in each of our key target international markets. Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials and channels.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, track performance and analyse the effectiveness of different marketing channels to effectively allocate resources effectively.
- Track marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign ROI. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to develop and distribute high-quality marketing collateral such as event materials, brochures, presentations, case studies, testimonials and white papers. Create engaging content that resonates with universities and positions Study Group as a thought leader.
- Support Study Group’s presence at university-facing events.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Significant experience in a fast-paced marketing role
- Strong interest in international Higher Education
- Experience with B2B marketing principles and a proven track record of delivering high-value leads.
- Familiar with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or demonstrate a sound understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you'll be a great writer who is comfortable creating client-ready material across multiple formats.
- An analytical thinker, comfortable using data to derive actionable insights.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, driven to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and comfortable organising and prioritising your work independently.
