Techtronic Industries (UK) Limited is part of the global TTI group, who are world leaders in cordless technology. We manufacture and sell power tools across the world. TTI UK distributes Milwaukee and Ryobi products through a variety of channels to retail customers and end users. TTI UK continues to grow in an established and stable market.

We are currently recruiting for a **brand new **role within our Ryobi UK Marketing team. We are looking for a Senior Creative Artworker to join our friendly team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

This role will focus on the retail side of the business and deal with all of the creative needs within the team from visual merchandising, point of sale, all round print specifications and executions both digital and in-store.

The Senior Creative Artworker will be given the autonomy and responsibility to make the role their own and have the opportunity to steer the brand visually through innovative design. You will play a pivotal role in transforming creative concepts into polished, print-ready or digital artwork. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and creative flair will be instrumental in ensuring that our brand communications are executed to the highest standards. This role requires a high level of precision, organisation and proficiency in various design software.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team, third party agencies and EMEA stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate design concepts and rough sketches into print and digital-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Prepare and pre-flight artwork files for various mediums, including brochures, point of sale, national press advertising, paid digital advertising, web graphics and more.
- Proof and review final artwork to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring easy access and version control.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and design software advancements.
- Mentor and provide guidance to team members on creative concepts which an attitude of how we can improve.
- Drive commercial opportunity beyond the role by providing ideas and opinion on how to grow the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an artworker, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and experience with industry-standard production software.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of print production and digital design processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
