Administrator/payroll Apprentice

Due to expansion and growth, we currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our accountancy team. Working along side our payroll manager, you will be required to carry out payroll tasks and any administration duties.

**Duties will include the following -**
- Setting up new starters & processing leavers
- Running weekly payroll
- Updating salaries, adding overtime and making amendments
- Keeping up to date with HMRC payments
- Processing pensions
- Scanning
- Filing
- Answering the phone
- Greeting clients
- Sorting out client paperwork
- Keeping on top of the administration duties including new business

**Requirements**:
GCSE maths & English

Attention to detail

**Benefits**

**Hours of work**
- Monday - Friday
- 37.5 hours per week
- Office based

**Salary**: £4.81 per hour
