**2 x Factory Supervisors needed** |
**Permanent, Full-Time posts**.
Pertemps are currently recruiting for 2 Factory Supervisors on behalf of our agricultural client, who are expanding
We are looking for 2 successful supervisors, due to the growth of our clients’ team and the implementation of their new production line.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- To manage the day to day running of the factory both directly and through Line Leaders, Tipping Operatives and Machine Operatives.
- To monitor the activities of the production area to maintain continuous production.
- To manage and resolve day to day problems with the team.
- Ensure that the targets set are met and regularly challenged and improved on.
- Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with site Food Safety and Health and Safety Policies through your team.
- At start-up ensure that all components are working, and all guards are in place.
- All technical paperwork is completed correctly and on time and production information is recorded correctly.
- Working with the Line Leaders and Machine Operators to achieve daily targets production and training them to a high standard.
- Good team player.
- Good basic level of written and verbal English (Essential).
- High attention to detail.
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment (Essential).
- KPI driven.
- Supervisor or team management background (Essential).
- UK driving license essential as the site is not accessible via public transport.

**Location**: Newport, Telford.

**Reporting to**: Factory Production Manager.

**Shift patterns available**: With 1 hour break unpaid.
- Permanent shift of: 9am - 9pm 4 on 4 off.
- Permanent shift of: 9pm - 9am 4 on 4 off.

**Salary**: £13.51 - £14.60 per hour dependent on experience.
