**Japanese-speaking VTuber Project Director (Ref:MI44828)**
An IT company in London is looking for a Japanese-speaking IP - VTuber Project Director.
You will be involved in setting up a new European VTuber business, starting in the UK.
Understanding of Japanese culture and business level Japanese would be advantageous.
**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time
**WORKING HOURS**:TBC
**SALARY**: £48K depending on experience
**START**: ASAP
**LOCATION**:London (Office base only)
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Planning and design of the VTuber business as a whole
- Character planning and production supervision
- Planning and production supervision of content for distribution
- Scenario planning
- Event planning and design, supervision of implementation
- Liaising with directors on the Japanese side
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:
- At least five years' experience in a work environment
- Experience as a director of TV, YouTube, or other programme planning and production
- Experience as a talent manager or project manager for animation, games, or other IP development
- Experience and skills in scheduling, production management, managing schedules and production progression
- Business level English and Japanese language skills
- Knowledge in using tools such as Google and general IT literacy
- Experience in department management, working in the animation industry, and talent management
- Experience in influencer business such as YouTubers, working in the animation industry, and talent management
- The ability to view things from a business perspective
- Those who can consider from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives
