**HR Administrator**

**Location: Pulborough (Due to location you will need your own transport)**

**Hours: Mon-Thu 8.15am - 5pm and Fri 8.15 - 1pm**

If so, I have a great opportunity for a HR Administrator where you will provide strong administrative and customer focused support for the organisation.

This role is situated near the reception area, so there will also be meet and greet duties as well as dealing and engaging with a diverse range of people so you must possess great communication, administrative and organisation skills.

You will already have a background in administration and HR and either have started your CIPD or have a willingness to work towards it.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general day-to-day business admin, including reception coverage, data entry, and drafting correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
- Manage and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), by updating new starters, leavers, and amendments, creating reports, and ensuring data integrity.
- Organise and conduct HR inductions for new hires, arranging ID passes, administering required tools, and facilitating locker room access.
- Oversee the departure process, raising IT tickets, coordinating the return of company property, and arranging exit interviews.
- Coordinate on-site training, including course bookings, PO creation, training interventions, and sponsorship agreements.
- Contribute to Mental Health Awareness initiatives and projects.
- Administer the Continuous Improvement program, 'IDEAS Scheme.'
- Organise staff social events.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, maintaining confidentiality of employee and company data.
- Provide administrative support to other functional teams as needed.
- Handle travel bookings for business trips, coordinating flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Arrange meetings, including refreshments and lunches.
- Proven administrative background with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- Good IT skills and use of data management systems.
- Positive and proactive.
- Preferred CIPD qualification or a willingness to work towards it.
- Preferred Mental Health First Aider qualification or willingness to work towards it.
