Query Resolution Team Leader

Role Introduction:
This is an important role for the organisation which requires strong leadership and people management to ensure that the Query Resolution Function operation is able to operate efficiently, effectively and deliver on key strategic goals.
What You Will Do:
- Support the newly created Query Resolution Team- Ensure Invcice queries are investigated resolved end to end within the team to enable cash collection- Develop standard processes to ensure resolution accuracy and contract compliance are understood and adopted across the organisation- Measure the performance (e.g. through Key Performance Indicators) of the team and operational processes against objectives- Support and develop team members in their roles so that they maximise their contribution and potential
What You Will Have:
- Experience working in a similar environment
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial data
- Ability to resolve exceptions and disputes as well as manage client expectations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Natural ability to lead team, develop skills of direct reports, and positively impact team morale
- Excellent verbal and written communication sk
