This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineer to join an independent market leading multi-disciplinary consultancy that offer solid construction solutions for all sectors.

The company are an independent market leader in the North East but also hold a nationwide presence. They offer a comprehensive multi-disciplinary service across various industries & work with both national and international clients. They have completed manycomplex developments, including sophisticated engineering installations.
In this role you will join a small team and immediately become a key member of the company and undertake a wide range of tasks. The duties will include drainage designs and micro-drainage calculations, road levels and designs, flood risk reporting, liaise withclients and statutory bodies with a potential for project leading and managing technicians.

The Role:

- Assist the civil engineer team with the projects they take on
- Collect and produce design data and calculations
- Engage with clients, sub-consultants and other stakeholders
- Occasional travel across the UK to various sites

The Person:

- 1-3 years' experience in civil engineering
- Working knowledge of industry standard civil engineering software packages, such as: Micro-Drainage, Causeway PDS, AutoCAD, Civils ED etc
- Civil engineering degree
- Full UK driving licence
