Due to continued growth we have a new opportunity within our confectionery department for a Confectionery Assistant.

**This is a bit more details on what we see you doing in this role**:

- basic food preparation
- assisting making / decorating cakes
- preparing and or finishing of confectionery products
- Washing dishes, pots and equipment
- Making sandwiches
- Putting orders/buffets together

**The kind of person we are looking for**:

- Takes pride in the work they do and are passionate about delivering high standards that are associated with our products
- Has a positive can do attitude
- Great team worker with strong communication skills
- Has a desire to learn new skills
- Reliable and likes to make sure that each task is completed to the highest standard consistently and in a timely manor.
- Ideally we would like some confectionary experience although this is not essential.
- Own transport will be required due to the unsocial hours.
