We are looking for outgoing individuals, with some bartending experience, to work the bar at our private events venue in central Croydon.

The nature of our events vary from 21st birthday parties to 70th birthday parties, weddings to funeral gatherings, christenings, anniversaries and lots of corporate Christmas parties. We also occasionally host live music and promoted events.

The role will include working alongside two or three others to manage the event, including setting up, serving drinks, glass collecting, cloakroom attendance, maintaining stock levels and generally perfecting the client experience.

Hours vary as they are event-dependent but shifts are offered out to all staff using a rota app. This offers complete flexibility to staff as team members are under no obligation to accept offered shifts, but if pro-active, shifts can be 'snapped up' for pretty much every Friday and Saturday night.

Hours vary but events will typically run any time between the hours of 7pm and 3am.

A warm, outgoing personality is more important than experience.
