Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with special requests or needs during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- During busy periods help out in the bar/restaurant

**Skills**:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus

As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and ability to provide outstanding customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, we would love to have you join our team.

The shifts will be Monday & Wednesday 06:30-15:00

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £8.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
