Role : Senior People Partner

Base Salary : £60,000

Job Type : Full time - Permanent

We are hiring for an amazing company renowned in the hospitality industry, they have multiple restaurants and Michelin star presentation. Their impressive hospitality team excel in delivering professional, timely, creative experiences. You would defiantly be in for a treat visiting one of their restaurants and Café’s.

Responsibilities:

- Work on research and development of policies for people and human resources management and provide such technical solutions that can help in achieving the employee initiatives and campaign goals.
- Work as a counsellor, mentor, and consultant for the business leaders to inform and ask them about the strategic planning so you can easily translate the business requirements into HR initiatives and programs.
- Analyse performance metrics like statistics on employee retention and experience to come up with ideas for improvements and enhancements.
- Works on employee rewards and compensation policies, salary increments, and bonuses

Skills and Experience:

- CIPD level 5 Qualified
- Experience with TUPE in and TUPE OUT
- Experience in employee management and dealing with executives.
- Sound knowledge of employee rewards and compensation campaigns, and a negotiation tactics

A Senior People Partner is responsible for developing, researching, and implementing such human resource policies that not just improve the employee work environment but also focus on organizational priorities. In addition to that, a Senior People Partner must have the ability to recognize such hidden technical issues that hinders a company from achieving its goals. A Senior People Partner must also exhibit good collaboration and communication skills so they can communicate with employees throughout the organization and thus influence employees at all levels.
