**Overview**:
As a **Quality Assurance Officer**, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of our IT training programs and services. Your role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, identifying areas for enhancement, and collaborating with various teams to uphold excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Monitor and evaluate training materials, courses, and assessments to ensure alignment with established quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with trainers, content developers, and instructional designers to maintain consistency and accuracy.

2. **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in training processes and propose solutions.
- Continuously enhance training delivery methods, content, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Implement best practices to optimize training effectiveness.

3. **Training Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Collect feedback from learners, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze training outcomes, assess learner performance, and recommend improvements.
- Develop and maintain evaluation metrics to measure training success.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of training activities, assessments, and quality control measures.
- Prepare regular reports on training quality, compliance, and performance.
- Collaborate with management to address any identified issues promptly.

5. **Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures**:

- Develop and update quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to quality standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, Quality Management, Business Administration).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in quality assurance, preferably in an IT training environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in reviewing training materials and processes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to assess data and identify patterns.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with trainers, learners, and management.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Proactive in addressing quality-related challenges.

**Salary**: £33,300.00 per year
