- **Equans is looking for a Multi Skillled Plumber to join our team in the West of Birmingham working on repairs and maintenanace contract in conjunction with Birmingham City Council on their stock of social housing on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**:

- To complete high quality repair and maintenance works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis
- Complete plumbing, heating and multi skilled works in order to complete the job in one visit
- To adhere to all Equans values, policies and procedures
- To work effectively and positively with the client, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis
- To effectively and proactively assist in supporting the team to achieve KPI’s
- Work with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure the delivery of excellent services

**Who are we looking for?**:

- City and Guild (Plumbing/Heating Engineer) or equivalent experience
- Time served apprenticeship
- Relevant gas qualification for the repair, installation and maintenance of gas systems
- Current valid driving license
- Professional attitude to work
