**Who are we?**
Murphy's Building Services Ltd (MBS.uk) are a commercial maintenance contractor operating in and around the M25 / Southeast of England, offering an array of specialist services. As a company, we recognise our remote and well-respected engineers are an integral part to our business; they deliver the service.

**Role Overview**:
The scope of works here at MBS.uk is endless and no two days are the same, working across various sectors. With an envious client base, our well-regarded remote engineers are often operating within prestigious landmark buildings across the South East of England. We DO NOT work on building sites, the majority of our work is based on industrial estates, retail parks and in office buildings etc.

Company vehicle, fuel card, work phone and uniform are provided as standard. Company pension provided after completion of initial probationary period.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Able to perform in any given circumstance within role expectations.
- Working remotely across various sites, ensuring we’re well presented and respectful at all times.
- Carrying out works / tasks to a good standard, works areas to be kept clear and tidy.
- Taking pride in all works carried out, we DO NOT bodge.
- Photographing and documenting works carried out via company work phone, ensuring client signatures are taken on completion of works.
- Safety is paramount, make certain suitable PPE is worn at all times and dynamic risk assessments are undertaken before any tasks are carried out.
- Ensure you are familiar with and work in line with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Adopt ethical working practices and remain respectful to colleagues, public, tenants and other contactors.
- Comply with any reasonable request given by a Manager/Director of the company.
- Being honest at all times, we encourage all employees to be open and honest with any concerns.

**Salary**:

- £30,000 to £50,000 per annum (experience dependent)
- Bonus scheme
- Weekend and overtime work available
- Out of hours call-out rota

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 16:30pm onsite

**Attributes / Previous Experience**:

- Previous experience within at least one trade
- Previous experience in commercial maintenance
- Personable and friendly
- Full driving license
- CSCS, PASMA and IPAF training (not imperative)
