Senior Meter Reader

We have an exciting opportunity in the **South and South West **area for a **Senior Meter Reader **to cover the **BA & TA** postcode areas. This role is perfect for any current meter readers wanting to progress their careers.

**Senior Meter Reader**
- Permanent, full-time role, 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday (although some flexibility will be required), Salary = £11.63 per hour._

**Key Accountabilities**
- Contributes as a member of the Operations Team.
- Helps the Team Manager’s Delivery against Lowri Beck’s strategy and business plans and Operations Manager’s targets and objectives.
- Help the Team Manager Supervise activities of operatives and maintains regular contact with them.
- Maintain and monitors quality and compliance checks on meter operatives to an agreed frequency and standard within overall quality control procedures. Completion of Field Operative Quality Control Check Sheet
- Arranges and delivers training to company standards, capturing and delegating feedback & training improvements identified.
- Carries out complaint investigation when requested by the Team Manager.
- Completion of complaint reports in a comprehensive and timeous manner.
- Carries out normal operative duties unless directed otherwise by the Team Manager.
- Ensures effective issue/return, security, and maintenance of company equipment, Corporate Clothing and PPE.
- Deputises for other Team Managers and provides cover when the requirement arises.
- Promotes safety culture within Lowri Beck and ensures compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and Meter Operators Code of Practice Agreement.
- Promotes Lowri Beck Policies and procedures.
- Any other ad hoc duties as requested by your manager and the Directors of the Company.
