Duties/Responsibilities

This is a field based role, you’ll attend sites with reported signs of Subsidence.

You will survey the property, investigate the damage and diagnose the cause of movement. You’ll be required to report on all specific details and feedback back to our Subsidence teams within specific timeframes to enable the claim to be bought to swift settlement as soon as possible.

About you
- Experienced in dealing with the investigation and repair of damaged buildings, including the diagnosis and mitigation of subsidence movement.
- To understand the scope of repairs on site and set a plan for completion understanding each individual demand and likely outcome.
- To manage the performance of contractors in order that the repair phase of subsidence claims progresses efficiently and fairly in a manner that supports the customer and partners our insurance clients brand and values.
- Experience of insurance claims handling is desirable but not essential as training will be given
