**Reports To**: Site Supervisor/Construction Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Dumper and Roller Driver with a Thames Water Passport will be responsible for operating and maintaining dump trucks and road rollers on construction sites. This role requires a skilled and safety-conscious operator with a strong understanding of heavy equipment and construction processes.

**Dumper/Roller Driver** **Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and manoeuvre dump trucks and road rollers on construction sites.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Transport construction materials, debris, and equipment as needed, following project requirements.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of materials transported and equipment maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with the construction team to coordinate equipment movements and tasks.
- Follow project schedules and work closely with the Site Supervisor to meet project deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Act as a safety role model for other team members and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.

**Qualifications**:

- CPCS Ticket Required
- Thames Water Passport
- Proven experience as a Dumper and Roller Driver in a construction environment.
