**What you’ll be doing?**

You and your awesome team will likely have multiple challenges happening at any one time, these can vary from:

- Assisting guests before and during their stay, solving any problems that arise.
- Coordinating our hardworking cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors.
- Updating the Customer Service Team if a property has become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and moving heaven and earth to find them a better one
- Following up on complaints or feedback regarding housekeeping standards.
- Ensuring all charges for services are tracked and invoiced.
- Taking occasional trips out the office meet homeowners, assist guests, and perform property cleaning spot checks.

**You’ll Have**
- An enthusiastic, friendly team player with previous customer service experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
- A resilient character who thrives in resolving challenging queries
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to set expectations.
- A hands-on approach, embracing tasks beyond your daily responsibilities.
- Previous experience in property services, housing management, or facilities is a plus but not essential.

**Hours of Work**:
(Full Time) 09:00 -17:30 - 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday.
- We provide on-call phone cover, 7 days a week, up until 9pm, which you will assist the team with on a rota basis. Don't worry too much as it's not required your in the office for this, we don't often receive calls, and as a bonus we pay you a nice retainer fee regardless if you end up taking a call or not._
