If so, we want you to join our team as a Property Consultant to assist with Sourcing properties and assisting with their development at Brentor Property Group.

**Key Responsibilities**: As a Property Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
**Prospecting and Research**: Identify potential investment properties through market research, networking, and other lead-generation methods.

**Property Analysis**: Evaluate properties to assess their investment potential, taking into account market trends, property conditions, and financial viability.

**Negotiation**: Negotiate property deals with sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to secure favourable terms for our clients and the company.

**Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential property acquisitions, including legal, financial, and physical assessments.

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with estate agents, property professionals, property owners, and other industry contacts to expand our network.

**Market Insight**: Stay updated on local property market trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to our team.

**Conveyancing Management**:You will be required to work closely with our partners to carry a project through conveyancing.

**Qualifications**: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in property sourcing or real estate investment (preferred).
- Understanding different investment strategies, such as HMOs, Build Rent and Developments, will be very useful.
- Experience is Sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to assess property investment opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven. This is a results-based position.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations (preferred).
