We are looking for a Admin Assistant to join the team at our Dovercourt Branch on a Full time basis, covering Monday to Friday.

As a Admin Assistant, you will be part of a team focused on helping patients feel good, by supporting our branch staff and our drivers. You will often be the first contact on the telephone a patient has during their journey within the pharmacy and as such it is essential you have a friendly personality and excellent communication skills.

**Role and responsibilities**

Answering telephone

Collecting documentation from the surgery

Using printers

Checking work

Arranging delivery sheets for driver

Ordering stock

Previous admin and telephone skills required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
