**Role**:Warehouse Supervisor

**Location**:Grantham

**Salary**:£25,000 pa

**Hours**:Full time 37.5 hrs per week, working 5 days out of 7 between 06.00 - 17.30 pm

**Accountabilities**
- Control and safe practice of the warehouse and stock.
- Ensure internal customer service requests are accommodated
- Organise and control workflow within the warehouse
- To manage, lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team on a day to day basis. To investigate potential disciplinary matters and be the first line support for their team.
- To ensure that the OM made aware of any individual or team issues and regularly update the OM with any workforce matters.
- Monitor team and individual performance against business objectives
- Manage resources and work volume to ensure requisitions are processed efficiently and queries are resolved within agreed timescales
- To take a lead role in the development of continuous improvement via new processes and procedures
- Ensure a continuous programme of perpetual inventory checks
- Actively seek to reduce out of stock scenarios
- Ensure the scrapping process is adhered to in accordance with legislative regulations and both internal and external requirements
- Ensure all equipment labelling meets internal requirements for all stock within the warehouse (NRS GIN 6 Labelling of Equipment)
- Ensure robust practices and procedures are in place to manage recycled nonstandard equipment
- Ensure all internal checks are carried out in accordance with the company Health and Safety; Quality guidelines
- Ensure all stock received discrepancies are dealt with in a timely manner(Non conformance report (PUR-QR 01.1)
- Ensure robust practices are in place for the decontamination and refurbishment of returned equipment
- Ensure all Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) is in place and compliant
- Comply with all PPE requirements HMS Section 7
