**JOB TITLE: Café Supervisor**

**LOCATION: Basingstoke**

**CONTRACT: Permanent**

**HOURS: 20 Hours per week**

**SHIFT PATTERN: 5 Days over 7**

**PAY RATE: Starting at £11.46**

**ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE**

**We have an amazing opportunity to join our Apricot family in one of our retail stores**

**Our Café is an intimate and beautifully designed space within our Basingstoke store.**

We are looking for a driven Café Supervisor looking to make their next step within hospitality. This is a unique opportunity being based in one of our fashion retail stores. Working within the store senior team, you will provide excellent customer service, have a good working knowledge of food hygiene standards, health & safety, attention to detail and ability to lead a small team. This role reports into the Store Manager.

- Actively encourage standards of excellence in customer service
- Lead well by example, driving sales and KPI performance
- Managing Cafe performance and taking action where needed
- HR and recruitment
- Motivating, mentoring, and coaching baristas
