Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Floor Captain to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients based in 22 Bishopsgate, City of London. The Floor Captain role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide exceptional customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand and the client's needs and expectations.
**This is a **full-time permanent role**, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to **4**:3**0 pm (**37.5** hours per week), with an annual salary of £3**5**,000.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- To meet and greet all visitors approaching the desk in a friendly and professional way.
- To assist visitors and occupiers with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal staff.
- Assist with post, couriers & deliveries for the office in a timely manner. Outgoing and incoming post to be checked with building post manager and items sent out on the same day without delay.
- Producing and collating reports for management. Door reports to be actioned each and every month.
- Set up meeting rooms and conduct meeting rooms checks to ensure rooms are fit for purpose.
- Assisting with preparation of internal event setups. (e.g. Thirsty Thursdays)
- Ordering of provisions used within the office (e.g. fruit and milk)
- Conduct daily floor walks ensure everything is operating correctly
- Deal with maintenance issues accordingly. Managing maintenance activities and ensuring they get done in a timely manner
- Security aspects, including authorising new joiners for the floor and for the building, provision of access reports and issuing of QR codes in a timely manner to visitors
- Other New Joiner activities
- Working alongside Team Assistants as time permits.
**You will have**:
- Experience working as a corporate receptionist and administrator in a corporate office environment.
- Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach, capable of proactively identifying tasks and opportunities during quieter periods to contribute effectively to the team's productivity and success.
