Reporting to the Head of Customer Support, this person will facilitate the receiving, storing, moving, and shipping of supplies, stock, and materials throughout the business.

**Key Responsibilities include: -**:

- Plan and coordinate transportation of materials and manage the timely flow of customer orders, while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to facilitate the shipping and/or receiving of products to and from the company on behalf of customers.
- Organise either the shipping or receipt of the product or the preparation for delivery of the product to and from the facility with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and time management.
- Manage the flow of orders with a strong reliance on monitoring coordination of delivery pickup and/or drop-off schedules both manually and with computer programs.
- Managing stock control to ensure raw material and product is located, stored, and transferred correctly ensuring the company’s stock inventory is accurate.
- Ensure incoming product is processed and managed appropriately according to company procedures. Ensure materials are ready and available for projects as and when required.

- Stock Management
- Import & Export regulations

**Essential skills required include: -**:

- Well organised and efficient time management
- Clear presentation and articulate communication
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities

**Essential experience’s include: -**:

- 2 years in stock control, export control, dispatch & Goods-In
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
