**Wellbeing Officer**

**Are you degree qualified in Psychology? Are you a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS)? Are you keen to work with people who have struggled during the Pandemic?**

***If so then please get in touch as we are seeking Wellbeing Officers to join our established team based in Hackney

**What you’ll be doing**
- Providing face to face, video & phone sessions for the participants to support pathway to employment
- Producing tailored health action plans for each participants referred to support employability
- Offering advice and guidance to participants about their health conditions and empowering individuals to manage their health more independently and effectively to support the participant back to the work place

**What we’re looking for**
- Degree qualified Psychologists or Diploma qualified Counsellor currently working in this field
- Valid membership for the BPS
- Degree qualification in Psychology or a recognised Counselling qualification
