We have an excellent opportunity for a Claims Technician (Validation Services) to join a busy Home Claims team for a leading International Insurance Business on a fully remote basis.

As a Claims Technician for the Validation Services product, you will pro-actively manage a caseload of building claims whilst providing support to the field surveyors, customers and clients.

Day to day you’ll support customers at the beginning of the claims process; record new claim information on our easy to navigate system, contact customers to verify information and offer reassurance, arrange visits for colleagues, confirm progress to customersand negotiate settlement where applicable.

This is a key role in our team to deliver the exceptional customer service our clients have come to expect from us. You’ll need to be calm, empathetic and professional, whilst evidencing an organised approach to your work and the ability to follow process.

We’d be very interested to hear from you if you have the following:

- Previous claims / insurance experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A positive and pro-active attitude to exceeding client and customer expectations
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong written communication skills
- IT Literacy
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills an advantage
