We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the creation and development of robust financial planning, analysis and performance measurement in this newly established role at Maggie's.

You will have substantial experience of successfully leading a financial business planning team in a dynamic organisation and proven experience of creating, implementing and evolving detailed financial models and forecasts in a complex environment and have strong analytical skills.

Educated to degree level you will have membership of a professional accounting body.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to create develop, implement and evolve a robust and forward focused financial planning, analysis and performance function.
- You will lead the creation and development of robust financial planning, analysis and performance measurement in conjunction with the senior leadership team to ensure Maggie’s achieves its strategic objectives.
- Develop financial KPI's in conjunction with the Executive team to ensure success of financial strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetable and data requirements.
- Use the outputs from the financial models and analysis to drive decision making.
