Head Concierge

Nexus Recruitment are on the search for a Head Concierge for an extremely high end, prestigious new build residential development in the North London. I am looking for either a Senior Concierge looking to step up or a current Head Concierge, from eithera residential or hospitality background. It is essential that applicants have experience of working within a high end or luxury setting. The core duties of the position are as follows:

- Support the Estate Manager in delivering an extremely high level of customer service
- Manage a team of concierge, cleaners and grounds staff
- Respond to resident enquiries effectively and with service in mind at all times
- Coordinate and supervise onsite contractors
- Record issues and actions taken
- Have an awareness of Health and Safety and how this may impact the development
- Be able to advise residents on the local area and amenities
- Inspect the communal areas of the development and raise any issues noted

As well as initial exposure to being part of an exciting development you will also be rewarded long term with opportunities to progress into building & estate management as the development expands. You will also be working for a leading managing agent whoare well known for supporting staff and training in line with career objectives. I am looking for someone with the following attributes:

- Effective communicator
- Well presented
- Head / Senior Concierge experience essential
- Residential or hospitality background

**Salary**: £30,000pa

25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Study support for IOSH and IRPM qualifications
