**POW Play Support Worker**

**Smart Play Network** is a dynamic, forward thinking play organisation and charity supporting and delivering a range of play services in Scotland.

**Play on Wheels (POW) **is funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. We deliver a mobile play-based programme of activities in identified areas of Fife to help parents of young children to increase their confidence in supporting their child’s wellbeing and developmental needs in their early years.

**Play Support Worker**

**Location: Outreach **- travel throughout Fife

**Hours: 21 hours per week **(Some evening or weekend work may be required from time to time).

**Salary**:£12,493** (FTE £20,821)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on families in Fife and understand the importance of parent and child relationships? Are you creative and enjoy creating play sessions that support early child development? Then this may be the job for you.

Working alongside our Play Development Lead, you will travel to locations across Fife to deliver bespoke play sessions to groups of parents with young children. You will inspire and support parents and carers to interact with their babies and little ones through fun, simple and inexpensive activities, giving parents new ideas to support their child’s development and build language rich environments at home through play
