We retail some of the key outdoor brands, always with the aim to do this in an innovative way. We use our industry knowledge and desire for the rural lifestyle to deliver a range of products which are not typically available on every high street. We have to be competitive, but this doesn’t always end with the price, but also with the service we provide. It’s important to showcase a product in an original way, breaking from the mould and thinking outside the box to capture the customer's imagination.

**About The Role**:
This is a temporary role (maternity cover) and is a great opportunity for someone to build upon previous experience with an established brand with a loyal customer database. The duties, responsibilities and skills we have listed is an extensive list We appreciate you might not have all of these in your skillset but we would love to know which ones you can bring to the table and which ones you would like to develop further.

**About You**:
**Duties and Responsibilities Will Include**
- Optimise website for SEO - to include writing original, engaging copy for products and blog
- Create, implement and monitor PPC campaigns
- Create engaging content and graphics for use on social media
- Build relationships with an affinity to our brand to increase marketing results
- Analyse key metrics - website traffic, bounce rate, time on site
- Generate weekly reports on our marketing campaigns performance

**Skills**
- Experience in SEO and best practices (we use SEMRush)
- Experience in a digital or e-commerce environment (preferably Magento platform)
- Experience in creating Adwords and Google Shopping campaigns
- Experience in setting up social media campaigns
- Analytical skills using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Excellent grasp of social media
- Experience with analysing performance and adjusting strategies
- Experience editing images with Adobe Photoshop/Canva
- Articulate with excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of DotDigital, TrustPilot, Canva, SEMRush, Magento and Google Ads would be ideal.

**Job Type**
Part Time (min 22 hrs per week) or Full Time (37.5 hrs)

Temporary (12 months maternity cover)

**Salary**: negotiable according to experience.

Own transport is required due to the rural location.
